Despite its high tension ability, steel strap is both dangerous to apply due to its sharpness of edge, as well as remove – due to the energy stored in steel causing it to flick back. This is different from PET or Polywoven because it is just basic Polypropylene plastic straps and is the most economical of all strappings.
